The team from salesperson, Matt, to scheduler to installers were personable, professional and had great follow through. I highly recommend them and the windows and doors (maple) are beautiful.

The entire process has been great. The sales pitch and customer service up front. There was one tiny hiccup, with the schedule change by one day on the install-which worked out perfectly. The windows seem pricey up front, however the look and feel of the windows after install make it feel worth the price. Gabriel and crew did an excellent job on the install. They worked quickly, and corrected some issues that were present with the old windows. They were very courteous and clean and cleaned up after themselves when they were completed. Overall the experience has been great. 🙂 I highly recommend Renewal by Anderson Windows.

Carlos and his fellow installer (didn't get his name) did an excellent job with the installation. The caulking on these windows was 100 times better than the caulking on the previous windows we had installed by Renewal. Carlos was not told about some faux brick in the kitchen window that he had to cut back but he did a beautiful job and we were extremely happy with the job they did.

I would have liked to see the cost broken down rather than just having a number thrown at me. Labor, materials, justification regarding window dimensions, materials selected, etc. That aside, the product and process is very professional and there is great customer communication throughout the entire process.

You could tell the experience they have by the superb finish on the window installation and trim work on our home which had very old wood windows previously. We had a little problem with the locking mechanism and Anderson was prompt in sending out a tech, who fixed it within minutes. We'll be planning to install more Anderson windows when our budget allows.
